Ketamine Therapy Oakland | Integration & Somatic Psychotherapy | Olivia Clear
You've done the work. Something still isn't moving.
You already understand yourself. Let's help your body catch up.
Ketamine assisted therapy and somatic psychotherapy for people who are highly self-aware, but still experience emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or disconnection in the body. Based in Oakland, serving the Bay Area and all of California online.
You've been in therapy, maybe worked with psychedelics, read the books, tracked the symptoms. You know your patterns. And yet there are places in your body that haven't caught up with what your mind already knows.
That gap is what this work is for.
I'm Olivia Clear, a licensed therapist in Oakland offering ketamine assisted therapy and somatic integration for people who are highly self-aware and still struggling. Not because they haven't tried. Because insight alone doesn't always reach the places where things are actually held.
Who finds their way here
People who have lived with chronic illness and learned to perform fine while their body said otherwise. People whose nervous systems learned early that softness wasn't safe. People who have sat in circles, worked with psychedelics, held space for others, and still find themselves in a dark room they can't think their way out of.
If you've ever felt like the most self-aware person in the room and still couldn't change the thing that needed changing, you're in the right place.
What we do
Ketamine assisted therapy creates a window. A temporary loosening of the patterns the mind has spent years building. What we do inside that window, and in the weeks after it, is what determines whether anything actually shifts.
Each container includes preparation sessions, a supported medicine journey held in the quiet of your own home with music, intention, and presence, and dedicated ketamine integration work in the days and weeks following. Ketamine creates rapid openings. Integration is where those openings become lasting change.
This is not a protocol. It is a relationship across time.
I've been working with people in expanded states since 2020. My approach is informed by lived experience with chronic illness and by years of sitting with people in their darkest rooms, including my own.
I work with neurodivergent people navigating the places where insight alone runs out.
That sustained work, across time and in relationship, is what I do.
Based in Oakland. Serving the Bay Area and all of California via telehealth.
I hold licensure as an LPCC in California and am trained in MAPS MDMA-assisted therapy, somatic therapy, EMDR, and art therapy.

Here's what working together looks like:
-

initial call
come with a sense of what you're ready to move toward. the first step is a brief conversation to see how we land together. you will choose a time to speak and share a bit about your path so far. this helps us focus our call on how this medicine can support what you're ready to change.
-

exploration
we will discuss the architecture of the work and what you are seeking. i will answer your questions and we will map out the logistics. during this call, we will schedule your preparation sessions and i will refer you to a medical partner for your evaluation and prescription.
-

preparation
before the journey, we meet via video to prepare the container. we will discuss how to make room: in your body, your mind, and your physical space at home. this will help you meet the medicine with intention.
-

journey & integration
i hold the space for you as you take the medicine in the quiet of your home. we may begin with a guided meditation or intention work, allowing images and memories to surface at their own pace. in the days following, we meet for integration: time to sit with what arose and bring it back into your life.
"Ketamine-assisted therapy with Olivia helped me uncover a level of compassion I never thought I’d find. For years I carried resentment toward a family member for the pain they caused me. Through this work I was finally able to see the deeper layers underneath it all, without abandoning my experience. The forgiveness that came up felt real and deep. I left feeling lighter and more connected to myself than I have in years."
